    Super easy to use and holds temp like an absolute BOSS. Ran with Heatbeads lump and 16 lit briquettes in a minion configuration, dialled it in to 275F and it sat there for 9 hours with some fuel to spare. Great unit. Would recommend ordering a second grate to double the capacity for meat. Pulled lamb, aged beef shin and shoulder loin rack all came out beautifully with a deep smoke ring. One major cook and I love it. This is a well speced smoker that you won’t regret buying. It’s immense!!!

    I purchased this online and had it delivered. Assembly took less than an hour. I have done two cooks, babyback ribs and chicken wings. Smoked at 225. The temp was very easy to maintain. The family had one word for the ribs... "wow"

    I got my Bronco smoker a couple weeks ago...I did Chicken first and then did a rack of ribs a few days later, i was so happy with the results. I was stoked to see that I could flip the heat deflector plate upside down and place the charcoal basket on top of it, we did a round of Steaks for the family the day after!!

    Have had this smoker for a month and used to smoke 8lbs of pork loin and 2 slabs of baby back ribs. The smoker holds temperature really well and generally once I set the temp I don’t have to adjust the dampeners within the first 3 hours, can let it just sit and it’ll stay at 225 or however you’re cooking. Been super happy so far, was able to fit 2 slabs of ribs on the grate—tight fit but they fit for sure.
