Easy Morrocan Beef Burger patties recipe to beef up the classic meat pattie burger. Serve with brioche, capsicums, mushrooms, lettuce, feta cheese and pesto.

Ingredients

Makes 12 (medium size)

1kg Beef mince
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
Handful of chopped coriander

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix for a good 3-4 minutes or until everything is combined and the mixture starts to stick.

  2. Grill over a wood/coal fire on a high temp for roughly 3 mins per side for extra added flavour.

  3. Serve on brioche buns with lettuce, feta cheese, pesto, capsicums and mushrooms or your choice of favourite fillings.
