Easy Morrocan Beef Burger patties recipe to beef up the classic meat pattie burger. Serve with brioche, capsicums, mushrooms, lettuce, feta cheese and pesto.
1kg Beef mince
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp cinnamon
Handful of chopped coriander
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix for a good 3-4 minutes or until everything is combined and the mixture starts to stick.
Grill over a wood/coal fire on a high temp for roughly 3 mins per side for extra added flavour.
Serve on brioche buns with lettuce, feta cheese, pesto, capsicums and mushrooms or your choice of favourite fillings.
